SKYPE is my favorite online instant communication tool. With Skype, you can type-chat, video chat, or instantly transfer files to another person. You can also have group conference calls or video chat with two other people!

The best thing about Skype, is...it's FREE (for computer-to-computer connections).

What else can you do with Skype? Well, you can by "Skype out" credits, and use Skype to call any phone in the world, for just pennies per minute! I've used Skype to make dinner reservations in France. It works just like a phone, except it's much less expensive.

You can also get a "Skype in" number to receive calls from any phone. If you have a target market in, say, Hong Kong, you can get a local "Skype in" number in Hong Kong. Then, your customers can dial a local number to reach you, and it will ring at your computer - all for pennies!
